Service Manager- Louisville, Kentucky at Tech24 – LOUISVILLE, Kentucky

Tech-24, A Commercial Foodservice Repair Company is currently recruiting qualified candidates for a Service Manager position. This position is responsible for all day-to-day management of field service technicians. This is a fast paced customer oriented position and will suit an individual that has experience providing technical services such as refrigeration, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance repairs through a field service network. Experience in facility maintenance management is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer special needs and projectsManage field service technicians and office support staff to ensure quality of work, appearance and professionalismAssist Dispatcher with technician schedules and maintain communication between office and fieldReview and evaluate technician’s operational performance Assist with the development of technician’s skills and hiring additional manpower as neededReview and approve time-sheets for hourly employeesUnderstanding of contractual agreements, operational parameters for each contract and warranty customer

Qualifications:

Prior management experience requiredExcellent computer knowledge and the ability to use most Microsoft Office programs such as: Word, Excel, Outlook and any new operating systemExcellent written and verbal communication skillsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordObserve all company procedures and safety rules
