Be Well Therapy, PLLC is looking for a dedicated and and compassionate therapist with a passion for working with children ages 3-12 at our three locations. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with working with children and adolescents, has excellent communication skills, and is able to provide therapeutic services in our school settings.

Job Title: Therapist (Contract position with schedule flexibility)

Be Well Therapy, PLLC is a professional counseling and outpatient therapy center that specializes in working one-on-one with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families to create and maintain positive change. We have contractual opportunities for provisionally and fully licensed therapists to become part of our expanding organization.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides assessments, counseling, and/or therapy, to children, teens, adults and families as appropriate to the position; prepares treatment plans, discharge plans, and follow-up care programs; provides therapeutic services in either office, virtual, and/or off-site settings. Collects data about clients through interview, case history, psychological tests, and/or observational techniques; evaluates data to identify causes of problems and to determine proper therapeutic approach or referral to other specialists. Participates in staff meetings as required. Completes documentation within 48 hours of rendering services.

Education and Experience

A combination of a Master's degree (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work) and NC licensure (Professional Counselor/Associate/Supervisor, Clinical Social Worker/Associate, LMFT/A) required. Credentialed with insurance companies preferred.

Salary

Contractual position (per client pay) with schedule flexibility. Rate commensurate to licensure and experience.
