The lab assistant is responsible for blood collection, and pre-analytical processing of specimens from patients of all ages as instructed.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education
-
High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience
-
Two years laboratory or medical training preferred

Required Registration/License/Certification
-
Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for Health Care Provider or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider) successfully obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
