About This Position

3×12 Hour Shifts | Paid as 40 Hours
Regal Research & Mfg. Co.

Regal Research & Mfg. Co. is a high-tech contract manufacturer focused on precision, problem-solving, and advanced fabrication. We are seeking dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our weekend shift production team.

This position works three 12-hour shifts on the weekend and is paid as a full 40-hour work week, offering full-time pay and benefits with extended time off during the week. Weekend shift employees are expected to work independently, maintain high standards, and keep production moving when weekday resources are limited.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate fabrication and manufacturing equipment including punches, lasers, press brakes, CNC mills, and welding machines
  • Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and PCMMs to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Assist with job setup and run production parts according to work instructions
  • Follow and help improve shop procedures, standard work, and housekeeping practices
  • Work with fixtures, tools, and jigs to support safe and efficient production

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfort using measuring tools and performing basic shop math
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working independently and staying productive on weekends
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice to Have, Not Required

  • Fabrication, machining, or welding experience
  • CNC or programming exposure
  • Experience in a precision manufacturing environment
