We are building a new recruitment team responsible for closing advanced global roles. Sourcing is an integral part of this process.

• Advanced sourcing, which includes building and maintaining a healthy pipeline both for existing and future openings
• Exploring new ways and approaches in sourcing, finding untapped pools of talent
• Owning a recruitment tech stack: ATS, LinkedIn, [insert something interesting here]
• Partner closely with global recruitment team

What you bring:

• 1+ year of experience in sourcing
• Strong research skills (both directly related to sourcing and general ability to do a research)
• Analytical mindset (data mining, OSINT and other 'weird stuff' sounds like fun for you)
• Strong English skills (B2)
