BCaBA (Assistant Behavior Analyst) – Clinical Support

Cumming, GA (Hybrid) | Full-Time | Part-Time

Limitless is a client-led ABA clinic combining science and compassion. We meet children where they are and collaborate closely with families to build meaningful, individualized treatment plans—no cookie-cutter programming.

Capped caseload: 5–7

• Provide ABA services under BCBA supervision in accordance with BACB standards and ethical practice
• Support clinical programming through data review, treatment integrity support, and program updates
• Coach, support, and mentor RBTs/BTs to improve consistency and quality of implementation
• Assist with components of assessments and treatment planning (as assigned/supervised by BCBA)
• Participate in collaboration with families/caregivers and the clinical team to support meaningful progress
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and professional communication

• Active BCaBA certification in good standing (BACB)
• Experience working with individuals with autism/developmental disabilities
• CPR/First Aid (current or willing to obtain by start date—your call)
• Driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background screening and meet payer/role requirements as applicable
