This role bridges strategic thinking with technical execution, translating high-level objectives into actionable roadmaps that drive adoption, liquidity, and network growth. You will work across engineering, research, design, and business teams, shaping products that deliver measurable value and influence the evolution of decentralized information and financial systems. This position offers the opportunity to lead innovative initiatives in a fast-paced, experimental environment while mentoring emerging talent and driving product excellence across the portfolio.

Accountabilities:

The Lead Product Manager will:

  • Define and evolve product strategy and roadmaps for InfoFi and DeFi initiatives, aligning user needs, market opportunities, and ecosystem goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, economists, designers, and ecosystem partners to translate product vision into tangible outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends, user behaviour, and emerging Web3 technologies to inform product prioritization and iteration.
  • Drive execution across multiple products, ensuring adoption, engagement, liquidity, and protocol performance targets are met.
  • Contribute to decentralized governance, token design, and incentive structures to support sustainable ecosystem growth.
  • Mentor junior product managers and champion best practices in product management, collaboration, and execution.
  • Continuously improve development pipelines, data-driven decision-making processes, and user experience metrics.
Requirements:

Ideal candidates should have:

  • Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain infrastructure, and decentralized finance mechanisms.
  • Technical literacy to communicate effectively with engineers, smart contract developers, and data scientists.
  • Experience defining and delivering product strategy, from concept validation to market launch.
  • Knowledge of tokenomics, governance frameworks, and incentive structures that impact protocol health.
  • Familiarity with on-chain data, wallets, analytics tools, and decentralized financial products.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills across technical, commercial, and creative teams.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-evolving, ambiguous environments while leading cross-disciplinary initiatives.
  • Leadership skills, including mentoring, collaboration, and structured problem-solving.
Benefits:
  • Flexible remote work, allowing you to contribute from anywhere.
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact, innovative products shaping the future of digital economies.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge Web3 technologies and decentralized financial systems.
  • Collaborative, experimental, and globally distributed team environment.
  • Professional growth and mentorship in product management and blockchain innovation.
  • Autonomy and ownership over product decisions with measurable impact.
