Retail Sales Associate – Paint Department
Location: Milford, MA
Schedule: Part-Time (Fridays required; some Saturdays)
Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
Join Koopman Lumber’s Paint Department as a Retail Sales Associate. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll help customers, mix paint, and keep the department running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
• Assist customers with product selection and paint mixing
• Process transactions (cash, charge accounts, gift cards)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked department
• Receive and put away inventory
• Recommend products to support customer projects
• Support both DIY customers and professional painters

What You Bring
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Attention to detail (especially with paint mixing and transactions)
• Basic math and ability to follow instructions
• Team-oriented mindset

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
