A Day in the LifeEach day in our Early Childhood Center is structured, engaging, and centered around helping children learn through both intensive teaching time and group classroom experiences.A typical day may include:Greeting students and helping them transition into their day Supporting circle time, group activities, and play-based learning Providing intensive teaching (1:1 ABA instruction) Facilitating or supporting small group instruction and social skills activities Collecting data and tracking student progress Collaborating with BCBAs and team members Creating a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
ScheduleFull-Time and Part-Time available Monday–Friday Hours between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM No evenings or weekends
Compensation & BenefitsFull-Time Salary: $42,000 – $50,000 annually (based on experience) Part-Time Hourly Rate: Higher hourly rate for schedules under 35 hours/week Full-Time Benefits Include:Health insurance Dental insurance 3 weeks paid vacation Paid training and professional development Part-Time Positions:Higher hourly rate Flexible scheduling Note: Part-time positions do not include vacation benefits QualificationsHigh school diploma required Associate’s degree preferred, plus related experience Experience working with children preferred Experience with autism, ABA, education, or developmental disabilities is a plus Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability
