Overview

This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of one of our South Central PA office locations.

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage fiduciary-oriented client relationships and accounts with demonstrated proficiency, sound judgement and fiduciary discretion. The incumbent in this position will coordinate a team of product and service experts to aid in recommending and delivering financial solutions to clients and is directly responsible for client retention, satisfaction, admininstration and revenue maintenance. This incumbent may serve as primary point of contact for the client or as a member of a dedicated team.



Responsibilities

  • Execute consistent, accurate and timely client service delivery in collaboration with internal partners to meet client expectations and enhance client satisfaction. Develop activities and initiatives to retain and expand client relationships and increase fee revenue to Fulton Financial Advisors.
  • Ensure assigned accounts are administered within the terms and conditions of the governing account documents. Complete all required reviews and reports in a timely and accurate manner. Review and analyze assigned accounts for their efficient and effective operation.
  • Deal with client contacts, and others, to maintain their confidence without compromising trust principals or FFA’s fiduciary responsibility. Confer with client contacts and internal partners to respond to inquiries concerning fiduciary services, investments and administrative matters, and handle routine problems and requests raised by them while referring problems which exceed authority to superiors
  • Build client confidence while maintaining trust principals and FFA's fiduciary responsibility. Confer with client contacts and internal partners to respond to inquiries concerning fiduciary services, investments and administrative matters, and address routine problems and requests while referring problems which exceed authority to senior team members.
  • Review fiduciary documents for accuracy, implement policies and procedures to ensure proper fiduciary and account administration, monitor account openings, asset fundings, distributions and terminations.
  • Retain existing client relationships by identifying cross-sell opportunities for Fulton Bank and collaborating across the company to achieve results. Anticipate and identify opportunities to create new relationships.

Additional Responsibilities
  • May have supervisory responsibilities for more junior staff.


Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business Administration, Finance or other applicable. (Required)

Experience

2 or more years relationship management experience or equivalent experience, which may include administrative compliance interpreting clients needs. (Required)
