Maintenance Tech at JSP – Butler, Pennsylvania

Pay Rate: $20.43 per hour

Shift: Rotating 12 hour schedule (7a-7p & 7p-7a, both required)

Our Butler, Pennsylvania location is in need of Molding Maintenance Tech to perform maintenance duties in a manufacturing environment to include all aspects of plant equipment and repairs. This is a hands on position. Interested candidates must enjoy troubleshooting and have established problem solving skills.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Perform tool changes in accordance with the production schedule
• Preventive maintenance, monitoring and maintaining the condition of all associate equipment
• Performing repairs on all equipment
• Fork truck, scissor lift, articulating boom lift operation required – will train & certify on-site
• Complete documentation under ISO/IATF guidelines
• Perform general plant maintenance
• Train new hires and/or Maintenance Backups
• Safety in a manufacturing or plant setting

• High school diploma or GED
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic devices
• Mechanical aptitude, knowledge of machine shop practices and strong math skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings
• Computer Skills; MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel. Maintenance Management Software
• Ability to work shifts
• Technical school education preferred
• Previous maintenance background preferred
