About the Role:
Divine Group Management LLC is seeking a qualified male Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team at Jasper Group Home in Chandler, Arizona. This role provides daily care and support to adult males with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Because the position requires personal care assistance, we are seeking a male applicant to preserve the privacy and dignity of the individuals we serve.

Schedule:
Friday: 3pm-11pm
Saturday: 7am-11pm
Sunday: 7am-11pm

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Minimum Requirements
Male applicant only (due to personal care needs of male residents)
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must pass a criminal background check
Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
Valid Arizona Driver’s License (preferred)
Reliable transportation

3. CPR & First Aid
4. Abuse and Neglect

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide support with daily living tasks, including hygiene, grooming, toileting, and meal assistance.
2. Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
3. Assist with transportation to medical appointments and community activities
4. Document daily progress and incidents accurately and timely
5. Administer medications with proper training
6. Assist with housekeeping, meal preparation, and organizing daily routines
7. Promote resident independence and encourage active participation in home and community life.
8. Communicate professionally with team members, guardians, and support coordinators.
9. Comply with all DDD policies and procedures

Competitive hourly wage: $16.00 – $18.00 (based on experience and qualifications)
