The Spirit of the Position:

The Supervisor ensures staff compliance with conduct rules, policies, and procedures while supervising, mentoring, and training them on daily tasks. Responsibilities also include promoting customer satisfaction, assisting customers, generating various reports, resolving service issues, and performing administrative tasks such as scheduling and processing payments.

What does a day in the life of a LAZ Supervisor look like?

- Lead, direct, and develop team of employees at parking location(s).

- Manage, plan, schedule, train and direct the activities of on-site employees.

- Assists with periodic training as needed.

- Assists with creation of weekly team schedule.

- Resolves customer service issues or questions as needed.

- Assists in establishing performance standards, recommending, and implementing changes to procedures when necessary.

- Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.

- Additional related duties as assigned.

What would we like you to bring to the team?

- 1+ years supervisory experience.

- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications.

- Parking management experience is preferred but not required.

- Ability to be flexible in schedule in order to meet operational needs. This may require occasionally working outside of regularly scheduled hours.

Physical Demands:

- Willingness to work in the elements heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.

- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50lbs.

- Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.

- Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
