About This Position

LevelBlue Global Strategic Partner Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a LevelBlue Global Strategic Partner Manager in the United States.

This role sits at the center of a high-impact global strategic partnership within the cybersecurity ecosystem, focused on transforming how managed security services are delivered at scale. You will own and orchestrate a complex, high-visibility relationship with a major global MSSP, driving the evolution from legacy tooling toward a unified, AI-driven security platform. Acting as the primary architect of the go-to-market strategy, you will align internal field teams, executive stakeholders, and partner leadership to accelerate joint business outcomes. This is a highly strategic role requiring strong operational discipline, commercial acumen, and deep expertise in global channel ecosystems. You will serve as the key connector across sales, product, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives. The environment is fast-paced, globally distributed, and highly collaborative, with significant executive exposure and influence over long-term strategic direction.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and lead the global LevelBlue partnership strategy, serving as the primary strategic and operational point of contact across executive and field levels.
  • Design and execute a global go-to-market strategy that enables scalable delivery of managed detection, response, and incident response services.
  • Drive alignment between internal sales teams and partner organizations through joint account planning and structured field collaboration frameworks.
  • Build and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for partner sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure successful adoption and execution.
  • Act as global escalation owner for partnership-related friction, enforcing governance models, rules of engagement, and collaboration standards.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to align platform roadmap evolution with partner service delivery needs.
  • Support expansion strategy across global regions by guiding partner readiness and field alignment in EMEA, APJ, and other markets.
  • Develop new managed service offerings in collaboration with the partner, leveraging the full product portfolio to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic alliances within cybersecurity or high-tech environments.
  • Proven track record working with global MSSPs, incident response firms, or large-scale security service providers.
  • Strong experience navigating complex enterprise or Telco partner ecosystems with multi-layered organizational structures.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling global partner programs and revenue-generating service offerings.
  • Experience with platform consolidation or “rip-and-replace” strategies within enterprise security environments.
  • Strong enterprise sales acumen with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive alignment across distributed, cross-functional global teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Benefits:
  • Competitive on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $224,000 to $308,000 USD (base + commissions)
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Unlimited paid time off and paid company holidays
  • Paid sick leave and dependent care flexible spending accounts
  • Gym membership reimbursement and cell phone reimbursement
  • Weekly catered lunches and regular company-sponsored events
  • Commuter benefits and dependent support programs
  • Inclusive, global work environment with strong emphasis on collaboration and innovation
