Hail Storm Sales Representative at NextGen Restoration – Solon, Ohio

We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. $85,000 - $150,000

• Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
• Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
• Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
• Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
• Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information

• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
• You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
• High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
• Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
• Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
