About This Position
Safety Administrative Specialist
As our Safety Administrative Specialist, you will support companywide safety operations by coordinating critical administrative processes related to OSHA compliance, workers’ compensation, and core safety programs. In this role, you will serve as a vital connection between corporate safety and the field, ensuring consistency, transparency, and accuracy in safety records, training tracking, and reporting.You will work closely with the Corporate Safety Manager, Project Safety Managers, field leadership, and internal stakeholders to facilitate communication, organize compliance documentation, and support incident and claims administration. Experienced candidates may take on expanded responsibility supporting audits, system improvements, regulatory inquiries, and companywide safety initiatives.Successful team members in this role are highly organized, detail oriented, professional, and committed to promoting a culture where safety takes precedence over all operations.Your Skills

- Administrative and/or construction experience preferred.
- Bilingual (read, write and speak) in English and Spanish is required.
- Working knowledge of OSHA compliance requirements and workers’ compensation processes is a plus.
- Experience maintaining confidential documentation and supporting regulatory or internal audits.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort learning new systems and platforms.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate across field and corporate environments.
