Job Description
General Summary
Under the direction of the Medical Director of Occupational Health Services, perform a wide variety of duties both within and in support of the Occupational Health Service.
Minimum Qualifications
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Excellent organization and time management skills
· Ability to work with individuals at all educational and socioeconomic levels
· Proficient computer skills, including ability to learn new systems/software
· Working knowledge of OSHA and Occupational Health principles, preferred
Required Length/Type of Experience
· A minimum of three years of experience, preferable in an outpatient setting.
Required Education/Licensure/Certification
· Certification from national accrediting body to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
· Successful completion of continuing education as required by State of Ohio
Required Physical and Environmental Demands
· Ability to lift 20 pounds
· Must be flexible and adaptable to various environments
· Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
· Able to complete electronic charting
