About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the timely and efficient dispatch of service technicians to job sites while delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for reliability and high-quality service.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or dispatching
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in dispatching and customer service
• Knowledge of plumbing or HVAC systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch service technicians efficiently and in a timely manner
• Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions
• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure job completion
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Work Environment:

• In-office position
• Full-time, 5-day work week (weekends required)
