Blue Diamond® Attachments, one of the fastest-growing compact equipment attachment companies in the country, is seeking a top-performing sales professional to lead and expand our Cumberland Territory (Tennessee & Kentucky). This is an opportunity to take ownership of a multi-million-dollar territory and drive meaningful growth.

This isn’t an account maintenance role—we’re looking for a true rainmaker. A driven hunter who thrives on winning new business, influencing decisions, and delivering real revenue growth. You’ll confidently engage everyone from small, independent dealers to large, global organizations. If you build strong relationships, create opportunities, and turn it into results—this is where you stand out.

What You’ll Do

  • Hunt for and close new business within dealer networks
  • Grow key accounts through strategic selling and relationship building
  • Drive adoption of Blue Diamond programs, promotions, and product lines
  • Identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close high-value deals
  • Partner with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Operations to execute growth strategies
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and manage activity in Salesforce

  • Expands market share within existing and new dealer accounts
  • High activity levels: calls, visits, demos, and follow-ups

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, key account management, or territory sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in dealer channels, construction equipment, or similar industries preferred
  • Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory (3-4 nights per week on the road)
