Purpose

The Client Systems Analyst is a primarily remote position in the NY Foreclosure Department and is responsible for monitoring, distributing, evaluating and presenting the operational status to upper Management and the client(s). The Analyst will correspond with clients and vendors and will be responsible for maintaining up to date information in the firm’s case management system and client systems.

Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to resource on the Operations team for data collection, distribution, analysis, and presentation
  • Professionally communicate with clients via email, telephone, and various client systems to obtain information necessary to meet foreclosure requirements and timelines.
  • Become an expert with our case management systems and prepare reporting tools to assist that client expectations are being met
  • Create and maintain routine reports for teams and upper management
  • Create complex Excel spreadsheets
  • Partner with other NY departments on assigned projects
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of our Case Management System and the Clients
  • Process Close, Hold or Proceed instructions from the client
  • Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload
  • Must possess good organizational Skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Must be very analytical, detailed, and needs to have excellent problem solving
  • Identifies and resolves
  • Assist with other duties and special projects as needed and assigned by management.
  • At least two years of work experience in Clients systems which include BKFS, Vendorscape, Tempo
  • General working knowledge of New York foreclosure processing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of foreclosure experience; 2+ years preferred. Experience with New York Foreclosure preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Excel) preferred, prior experience in foreclosure processing client systems preferred, previous law firm or loan processing experience preferred.
  • At least two years of work experience in Clients systems which include BKFC fka LPS, Vendorscape, Tempo

    General working knowledge of New York foreclosure processing.

  • Ability to type quickly and accurately, and proficiency with technology is a must.
