• Support the Administrator in overseeing daily community operations
• Supervise and coach department leaders and staff
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
• Assist with audits, surveys, and quality assurance processes
• Help manage staffing, scheduling, and team performance
• Step in to support caregiving and medication administration as needed
• Foster a positive, resident-centered culture

• Experience in assisted living, caregiving, or healthcare required
• Medication administration experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for working with seniors and supporting a team
