We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with large volumes of data, follows procedures carefully, and can maintain a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Entering orders and data into the company’s internal systems Accurately processing and updating information using Microsoft Excel and Word Verifying data for completeness and accuracy Scanning, filing, printing, and organizing digital documents Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality Meeting daily targets and deadlines Working collaboratively as part of a remote team Candidate Requirements: Previous data entry experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment Confident keyboard skills, including use of the numeric keypad Typing speed of at least 36 words per minute Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work in a target-driven environment Good manual dexterity and focus Strong organizational skills and self-discipline for remote work What We Offer: Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience Discretionary performance bonus 25 days of paid holiday plus bank holidays Flexible benefits, including shopping vouchers and discounted gym memberships Ongoing career development and training opportunities A supportive and professional remote work environment
