Window & Door Inside Sales Representative

What you'll be doing: Think customer service meets problem-solving with a side of sales strategy. You'll be the friendly face customers see when they walk into our showroom, but you're also the behind-the-scenes coordinator making sure their projects happen. One day you're helping a homeowner pick the perfect front door, the next you're coordinating with our sales team to get a contractor's bulk order delivered on time.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Being the customer's guide through their entire project journey – from "I have no idea what I need" to "This looks amazing!"
• Learning to read people and figure out what they actually need (even when they don't know themselves)
• Mastering industry software that'll make you surprisingly marketable in construction/building industries
• Working with vendors and learning how business relationships really work
• Problem-solving when orders get complicated (spoiler: they always do)
