Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day field operations for multiple residential remodeling projects.

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients during project execution, ensuring high satisfaction.

  • Manage construction schedules, subcontractors, and materials to keep projects on track.

  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.

  • Solve on-the-ground challenges quickly and efficiently with a focus on timelines and client needs.

  • Enforce safety protocols and jobsite cleanliness.

  • Collaborate with in-house teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.

  • Report project progress, delays, and needs to senior leadership.

  • Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in carpentry or related residential construction roles, preferably in remodeling.

  • Proven experience managing residential construction projects from start to finish.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

  • Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.

  • No formal education requirements real-world experience and a strong work ethic matter most.
