Maintenance Technician On-Site with Unit at Gardner Management LTD – Port Hueneme, California

Ability to complete maintenance job in a timely and satisfactory manner & takes pride in attention to detail and delivering a good product.

Tasks:

Include a list of specific tasks this person is expected to perform.

• Preparing apartments for turnover which includes: painting, lock repair and replacement, window and screen repair, general repairs and cleaning
• Experience in or willing to learn basic electrical & plumbing- installing switches, outlets, lighting and ceiling fans.
• Install garbage disposals, fixing minor leaks in plumbing fixtures, install new plumbing fixtures, and fix minor backups.

• 2+ years' experience in maintenance management role
• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Knowledge of AppFolio property management software
