Electronics Manufacturing Manager at RLC ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS – Sinking Spring, PA, Pennsylvania

RLC Electronic Systems, Inc., located in Sinking Spring, PA, is a leader in the design and manufacturing of custom electronic components in the Pennsylvania region. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our production operations to ensure efficient manufacturing systems are being followed.

Duties include:

- Oversight of production schedule and distribution of work to assembly team

- Quality control and oversight of production quantity/quality to ensure efficiency

- Troubleshooting mechanical/technical issues related to assembly

- Working with management to identify needs and implement training for assembly staff

- Ensuring adherence to inventory use and tracking processes

- General production operations and management duties, as required

The right candidate for this position will have a strong knowledge of circuit board design and production. Knowledge of thru-hole and surface mount assembly is required as well as experience in operating SMT machinery. Soldering experience required. Prior supervisory/leadership experience a strong plus.
