- Preparing internal investment memos, reports, and presentation materials for decision-making.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure accurate execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate is analytically strong, detail-driven, and experienced in investment banking or similar transaction-focused environments. You bring both technical expertise and commercial insight. Key qualifications include:
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
- Strong hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, and deal underwriting.
- Proven ability to model real estate transactions and understand complex capital structures, including mezzanine and preferred equity.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and key investment metrics.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to challenge assumptions and interpret complex data.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Availability to work during Central European Time (CET) business hours.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering insights clearly.
- CFA (completed or in progress) or similar credentials are a plus.
- Experience in real estate transactions or working with high-net-worth clients is advantageous.
- Fully remote work setup with flexible long-term growth potential.
- Opportunity to work on high-value, complex transactions across real estate and corporate finance.
- Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making processes.
- Hands-on role with significant responsibility and ownership from day one.
- Competitive hourly compensation with potential for increase based on performance and experience.
- Dynamic and intellectually stimulating work environment with strong learning opportunities.
