• Solve Problems Fast: From team dynamics to daily operations, you find what’s broken and fix it quickly.

• Own the P&L: Understand the numbers. Use them to make smart, strategic moves that grow the business.

THE BASICS:

• 3+ years of management experience, restaurant experience a plus
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Experience with FoodTec POS, Office 365 a plus
• Physical ability to stand, move, lift up to 40 lbs, and handle the heat (literally)
