POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for the monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, participate in the month-end close process, responsible for local Payroll administration, Intercompany accounting, and miscellaneous other accounting duties and projects as requested.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Timely complete the month-end, and quarter-end close for the corporate organization, including account reconciliations.
Timely complete accounting and internal controls related to lease and debt accounting.
Support intercompany accounting processes in alignment with corporate-level policies and guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support month-end reporting processes.
Conduct analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies within the corporate accounting function.
Assist in responding/fulfilling external and internal audit requests.
Participate in special projects, and ad-hoc requests as requested.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience (industry or public accounting);
- Working experience with ASC 842 (preferred)
- Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics, and OneStream (preferred)
