The role
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent who is passionate about hospitality, communicates with confidence and professionalism, and enjoys creating positive guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude while creating a positive and memorable first impression.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to questions, requests, and concerns with urgency and empathy.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest information while maintaining attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and guest-facing areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

What you'll need
- No experience is required. Prior experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be able to operate basic office machines, i.e., copier, fax, printer, phones, etc.
- Organization and time management skills are a must
