Remote Motion and Video Designer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Creative Growth Designer - REMOTE. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving creative strategies that elevate brand awareness and acquire new patients through innovative video-first content. Collaborating closely with Growth Marketing, Performance, and Creative teams, your work will emphasize performance-driven storytelling that resonates across multiple channels. You'll oversee the entire creative process, leveraging your expertise in motion design and video editing to deliver high-impact, engaging content that enhances customer acquisition and boosts revenue. Accountabilities
  • Build and scale a continuous pipeline of high-performing video and motion-based ad creative across channels like Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and CTV.
  • Own the end-to-end creative process from concepting and storyboarding to execution and delivery, using various formats including motion graphics and short-form video.
  • Rapidly iterate on creative based on performance data, testing new hooks, narratives, and formats to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing and Operations teams to develop campaign concepts aligned with revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Analyze creative performance and synthesize insights into clear recommendations to inform future creative direction.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance production speed, scalability, and creative output.
  • Maintain high standards of craft and storytelling while operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage and mentor internal creative contributors and external agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
Requirements
  • 68+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on motion, video, and performance creative.
  • Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro, with strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Deep understanding of paid social, digital advertising, and direct-response creative.
  • Highly data-driven, comfortable using performance metrics and analytics to inform creative decisions.
  • Experience developing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Meta, CTV, and Snap.
  • Fast, iterative thinker who balances speed with high craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable owning projects end-to-end in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communicator capable of articulating and defending creative decisions while incorporating feedback.
