Licensed Practical Nurse - PRN at EveryAge – High Point, North Carolina

Under the direction of a RN Supervisor or Director of Nursing, provides skilled nursing resident care activities and accommodation services in accordance with standards, regulatory guidelines and licensure requirements. Maintains compliance with company policies and procedures. Meets, maintains and supports the standards of nursing care and practice in order to meet the healthcare needs of assigned residents.

Minimal Education:

1. Graduate of accredited school of practical nursing.

1. Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience.
2. One (1) year skilled nursing facility experience preferred.

Other Qualifications:

1. Current Nursing License
2. CPR certified
