Responsibilities for a Nurse Manager/Clinical Manager:
•Nurse Manager will lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
•Visit our adult/geriatric clients and conduct assessments in Oneonta, NY and other surrounding areas.
•Develop the adult care plans and oversee its execution.
•Supervise nursing staff in the field.
•Facilitate new hire orientation for new nurses.
•Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff

Qualifications for a Nurse Manager/Clinical Manager:
•Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.
•Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred.
•Home Health experience preferred but not required.

Additional Information:
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $80,000 to $100,000 per year
