Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Aspire Behavioral Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with developmental and behavioral needs. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans that support meaningful skill development and improved quality of life.

The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective and ethical service delivery. This position emphasizes a family-centered approach, partnering with caregivers to build skills that generalize across home, clinic, and community settings. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic, coordinated care and meaningful outcomes for each child.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, data-driven decision making, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth, while maintaining compliance with Aspire’s documentation standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field, maintain current BCBA certification, and hold (or be eligible to obtain) an active Nevada license in good standing. Experience working with children in a multi-disciplinary pediatric or developmental settings is preferred. Applicants must maintain CPR/BLS certification, complete required HIPAA and compliance trainings, and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for service delivery across settings.

This role may include services delivered in clinic, home, school, and community environments and requires frequent movement, including standing, bending, and floor-based interaction with children, as well as occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
