Position Summary

We are seeking a highly capable Administrative Assistant to support government contracting operations while providing executive-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role blends contract administration expertise with strong organizational and coordination skills, serving as a key partner to leadership in managing contract actions, priorities, and communications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable operating at both the strategic and administrative levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Support executive leadership with contract-related coordination, tracking, scheduling, and follow-up to ensure timely execution of actions.
Assist in the preparation, review, and processing of contracts, task orders, modifications, and amendments.
Monitor contract milestones, deliverables, and funding, and keep leadership informed of status, risks, and upcoming requirements.
Draft, edit, and organize contract-related correspondence, briefings, reports, and presentations for leadership review.
Maintain organized and accurate contract files, records, and trackers in accordance with FAR, agency, and company requirements.
Coordinate meetings, briefings, and reviews related to contract actions, including preparation of agendas and materials.
Assist with proposal-related contract documentation and compliance support as needed.
Support subcontract administration and coordination activities.
Handle sensitive, proprietary, and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship (if required by the contract).
Ability to successfully pass a background investigation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Type 30-40 words a min
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Professional demeanor and comfort working with senior executives and government officials.
Ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage administrative and contract-related tasks.
Compensation & Benefits

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and in accordance with contract requirements.
