Schedule: Monday - Friday.
Project Scope: Commercial and Industrial Exterior Cladding (IMP and Single Skin).
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: OSHA 10 and Valid Drivers License.
You will take command of specialized exterior cladding projects, focusing on the installation of high-performance insulated metal panels (IMP) for commercial and industrial facilities. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will drive the successful completion of building envelopes for a rapidly growing company. You will lead skilled crews while ensuring every project reflects our commitment to excellence and integrity.
How You Will Make an ImpactSupervise the full installation cycle of insulated metal panels and single skin metal systems to ensure airtight and watertight building envelopes.
Direct field operations for exterior cladding teams, assigning daily tasks and managing on-site manpower for maximum efficiency.
Interpret complex architectural blueprints and technical shop drawings to ensure precise panel layout and structural alignment.
Inspect all ongoing work to verify compliance with manufacturer specifications and rigorous company quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers to oversee material deliveries and equipment needs, preventing downtime on the job site.
Enforce strict safety protocols in accordance with OSHA 30 standards to protect the crew and maintain a zero-incident environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation and management of insulated metal panels (IMP).
Extensive background in metal single skin panels and various exterior cladding systems.
Proven experience leading field crews in the commercial or industrial construction markets.
Possession of a valid OSHA 10 certification and a clean driving record.
Advanced proficiency in specialized exterior specialty cladding and architectural metal work.
Prior experience managing high-value industrial envelope projects with tight production schedules.
Strong ability to perform layout and field measurements for custom panel fabrication.
Possession of a valid OSHA 30 Certification.
