Electrical Superintendent (Wastewater) at SST Direct – Port St. Lucie, Florida

Seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent with wastewater treatment plant experience for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a well-established electrical company specializing in industrial projects in Port St. Lucie, FL!

Salary is $40 - $50/hour must have wastewater experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians and electrical technicians on industrial projects.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, safety regulations, and electrical codes.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
• Prepare project progress and safety reports.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in industrial electrical work.
• Proven supervisory experience in a foreman or superintendent role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Clean driving record, with CDL preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, Electrical Journeyman License) preferred.
