Elevation Land Solutions is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to step into a dual-impact role that blends leadership, technical oversight, and mentorship. What You’ll DoProject Leadership (5–10 Developments per Year)

• Provide PM-level guidance to project and production teams
• Serve as the technical lead, ensuring plans align with Elevation’s vision, standards, and client expectations
• Monitor project progress and provide course corrections where needed

Peer Review & Quality Control

• Conduct timely, in-depth reviews of engineering designs and plan sets
• Proactively catch design issues to minimize rework and reduce resubmittals
• Uphold and reinforce internal design standards and best practices

Team Development & Mentorship

• Act as a coach and mentor to Designers, Drafters, and early-career Engineers
• Share knowledge and offer reasoning behind decisions to foster deeper understanding
• Champion a culture of technical excellence and accountability

What You Bring?

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• 5+ years in civil design or land development
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities

• Strong engineering judgment across a wide variety of site design challenges
• Detail-oriented with a track record of delivering thorough, high-quality plan sets
• Familiar with municipal design standards and civil engineering best practices
