This is a high-impact role where your leadership will shape how businesses worldwide manage travel and spend.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the travel management platform, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Define and own the roadmap for key product areas including account setup, roles and permissions, travel policies, reporting, insights, and integrations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers, setting goals, allocating resources, and driving execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design leadership to shape product architecture and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.
  • Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term strategic platform development and innovation priorities.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with partnerships, compliance, and go-to-market teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Stay close to the product, contributing directly to solution design and decision-making when needed.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or Group Product Manager role.
  • Proven experience building and scaling complex digital or financial platforms in high-growth environments.
  • Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful, user-facing products at scale.
  • Deep customer-centric mindset with strong UX intuition and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on system design and architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, manage competing priorities, and execute in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred: experience in travel, fintech, SaaS platforms, or marketplace ecosystems.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $188,190 to $260,500 USD, with additional variable compensation and/or equity opportunities.
  • Performance-based bonus and long-term incentive potential.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage and wellness support.
  • Equity participation in a high-growth, venture-backed technology company.
  • Flexible work environment with hybrid or remote options depending on role requirements.
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact product initiatives at scale in a fast-growing global platform.
  • Strong career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding product organization.
