This is a high-impact product operations role focused on enabling high-performing product teams to work with clarity, speed, and confidence in a fast-scaling cybersecurity environment. You will act as a key enabler between Product, Design, and Engineering, ensuring that strategy, discovery, delivery, and outcomes remain tightly connected. The role is designed for a senior individual contributor who improves how product work gets done, rather than managing delivery execution. You will help teams make better decisions, reduce friction, and build strong feedback loops that support continuous learning and improvement. Operating in a dynamic and mission-driven environment, you will shape the systems, rituals, and practices that allow product teams to scale effectively. - Shape and continuously improve product operating practices across strategy, discovery, delivery, and outcome measurement.
- Enable Product Managers to make faster, higher-quality decisions through better prioritisation, structured trade-offs, and risk awareness.
- Partner closely with Design and Engineering to improve alignment across discovery, intent, and execution workflows.
- Reduce friction between teams by strengthening shared context, collaboration models, and cross-functional communication.
- Improve how customer, business, and delivery signals are incorporated into product roadmap and prioritisation decisions.
- Design and facilitate key product rituals including planning, reviews, and retrospectives focused on outcomes and learning.
- Introduce scalable systems, tools, and standards that improve clarity, focus, and execution efficiency.
- Increase visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies without turning the function into a reporting layer.
- Identify systemic inefficiencies and proactively drive improvements across product operating processes.
- 7+ years of experience in Product Operations within a scaling product or technology organisation.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product development, including discovery, delivery, and outcome measurement.
- Proven ability to operate as a systems thinker with a strong bias toward practical execution.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and shaping decisions without formal authority.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Strong familiarity with modern product development methodologies and agile software delivery practices.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Proactive, opinionated, and comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
