Job Description
Summary/Objective
The Inventory Specialist supports the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor through the management of inventory. This includes inbound scheduling, receiving, transfers, cycle counts, dunnage scheduling, and any other inventory process or procedures that are developed as a continuous improvement. Various administrative tasks and other duties may be required as deemed necessary to deliver the company’s goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate with local Warehouse Manager to support daily inventory functions and processes.
- Oversee all inventory management procedures within your warehouse including all inbound scheduling, receiving, transfers, cycle counts, dunnage scheduling, and any other inventory processes or procedures that are developed as continuous improvement.
- Communicate with team members.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while operating forklifts and handling products in the warehouse, including wearing proper PPE and following warehouse guidelines for safe material handling.

Requirements:Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Familiarity with a sales and distribution organization
- Proficiency with EoStar, Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and general computer skills

Work Environment
This position requires exposure to all seasonal weather conditions, traffic noise, automotive fumes, and cramped quarters. This position consistently operates in a refrigerated environment, approximately 38° Fahrenheit.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Travel
As Clark Beverage Group, Inc. represents multiple geographic locations within its territory, some travel may be required for meetings and/or training.
