Position Summary
The Knollwood Nursing Center at The Briarwood Community is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our resident care team. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to support residents in a welcoming, mission-driven skilled nursing community.
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 7am – 3pm
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Support residents with breakfast and morning routines.
- Monitor resident health and well-being, reporting changes to nursing staff.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Foster respectful, compassionate interactions with residents, families, and team members.
- Document care and support provided in accordance with facility protocols.
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts CNA certification in good standing.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and care team members.
- Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred but not required.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
