About the Role
Looking for a hands-on role where you can learn new skills and build a long-term career?We’re hiring a Production Operative to join our team in Grimsby. No previous experience is required — full training will be provided.
You’ll be part of a supportive team working on-site with one of our customers, helping ensure smooth production and high-quality output

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting day-to-day production activities
Assisting with printing and colour processes
Following clear procedures and safety guidelinesWorking as part of a team to meet production targets
Learning new skills through ongoing training

What We’re Looking For

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

No prior experience required – full training provided

Requirements
GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)Ability to work rotating shifts (including nights & weekends)
No colour vision deficiency (role requires colour accuracy)
