Job Type: Temporary, Non-Exempt Pay: $25.00 – $30.00/hour Duration: May – August Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Manage incoming mail and packages
- Provide general administrative support across departments
- Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and document prep
- Troubleshoot basic tech issues (copiers, conference room AV, etc.)
- Maintain organized office files and shared systems
- Handle ad hoc support tasks and special projects as needed
- Keep the office organized and welcoming

The pay range for this role is:
25 - 30 USD per hour(Annapolis, MD)
