Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Manage incoming mail and packages
  • Provide general administrative support across departments
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and document prep
  • Troubleshoot basic tech issues (copiers, conference room AV, etc.)
  • Maintain organized office files and shared systems
  • Handle ad hoc support tasks and special projects as needed
  • Keep the office organized and welcoming
