Role Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager to drive execution across our Aalo-X experimental reactor at INL and the Aalo-1 reactor as part of the Aalo-Pod, our first commercial product. This role will be responsible for managing schedules, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables are met on time. You will work closely with engineering, regulatory, manufacturing, and DOE/NRC stakeholders to keep our ambitious timelines on track.

Key Responsibilities

Drive project execution for Aalo-X at INL, ensuring DOE authorization milestones are met.

Lead program coordination for Aalo-1 within the Aalo-Pod, our first commercial deployment.

Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and risk management plans to keep projects moving forward.

Align cross-functional teams, including engineering, licensing, manufacturing, and external partners.

Manage stakeholder engagement with DOE, NRC, national labs, and commercial partners.

Track and report progress, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks.

Ensure regulatory and technical milestones are met for both Aalo-X and Aalo-1 deployment.

Qualifications

5+ years of program/project management experience in nuclear, energy, or advanced technology fields.

• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on aggressive timelines.

• Experience working with DOE, NRC, or other regulatory bodies is a strong plus.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive urgency across teams.

• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
