You’ll work closely with leadership to establish workflows, support early client relationships, and execute projects from day one.
Requirements:RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Manage full lifecycle of turnkey and renovation projects (unit turns, interior/exterior work, maintenance-driven projects)
- Help establish and refine processes for how turnkey projects are scoped, scheduled, and executed in the Houston market
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and timelines across multiple active jobs
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, helping build and maintain relationships early in the market
- Conduct site walks to assess scope, ensure quality, and keep projects on track
- Own job performance including timelines, budgets, and overall execution
- Partner closely with sales/estimating to support bids, scoping, and client needs
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities and help build solutions as the division grows
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in multi-family renovation, turns, or maintenance-based construction
- Experience specifically with turnkey / unit turn programs in multi-family
- Background working with property managers, regional managers, or ownership groups
- Exposure to estimating, takeoffs, or light sales support
- Experience helping grow a new service line, division, or market
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines
- Strong client-facing skills - comfortable building relationships, not just maintaining them

- All offers of employment are contingent upon a background check
- Valid Driver's License is required
- Your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines
