You will serve as the primary leader for the planning, execution, and financial performance of diverse commercial construction projects. This role empowers you to drive project excellence while maintaining the high-quality standards and client relationships that define our reputation.

• Develop and forecast project budgets to meet financial goals and maximize profitability.

• Direct multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities and stakeholder communication.

• Negotiate owner and subcontractor change order processes to ensure strict cost control.

• Execute the master project schedule to ensure consistent milestone compliance and timely delivery.

• Collaborate with the Superintendent to develop and implement efficient site logistics plans.

• Oversee project closeout processes to ensure all contractual and documentation requirements are met.

• Proven experience successfully managing commercial construction projects from inception to completion.

• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated expertise in cost control and budget management.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills necessary for managing diverse teams.

• Proficiency with modern construction management software and advanced scheduling tools.

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated success in preconstruction efforts, including detailed estimating and bidding.

• Advanced knowledge of project quality control programs and site-specific safety protocols.

• Experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships focused on repeat business.
