Role Overview:

The Regional Sales is responsible for driving sales performance within an assigned territory by developing and managing dealer partnerships, expanding the retail network, and executing regional sales and marketing initiatives. This role focuses on dealer recruitment, store development, sales target achievement, and market intelligence to ensure sustainable regional growth and strong retail performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dealer Development & Channel Management

Dealer Recruitment & Partnership Development

Identify, evaluate, and recruit qualified dealers within the assigned region
Lead business negotiations, support contract execution, and oversee dealer onboarding
Store Development & Launch Support

Partner with dealers on site selection, showroom setup, and store opening preparation
Support grand opening activities to ensure a strong initial sales performance
Dealer Training & Relationship Management

Provide product training, sales guidance, and operational support to dealers
Ensure compliance with merchandising standards, display execution, and inventory planning
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with dealer partners
Dealer Performance & Lifecycle Management

Monitor dealer performance and enforce company policies and standards
Support structured dealer exit processes, including settlement and transition planning
2. Sales Planning & Market Execution

Market Research & Network Expansion

Conduct regional market analysis and gather competitive intelligence
Identify opportunities for retail network expansion and support strategic growth planning
Competitive Monitoring & Strategy Optimization

Track competitor pricing, promotions, and channel strategies
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance regional competitiveness
Sales Target Execution & Performance Management

Execute regional sales plans and support dealers in achieving revenue targets
Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
Operational & Inventory Analysis

Analyze store sales and inventory data to optimize stock levels and sell-through
Provide actionable recommendations to improve retail efficiency and profitability
Pricing Discipline & Channel Control

Ensure adherence to company pricing policies across the region
Monitor and address unauthorized pricing or cross-region sales activities
3. Marketing Execution & Customer Engagement

Regional Campaign Execution

Implement national marketing campaigns at the regional level
Support localized promotions and track campaign effectiveness
Retail Activation & Brand Presence

Enhance in-store brand visibility through events, merchandising, and experiential marketing
Partner with dealers to improve customer experience and foot traffic
Customer Issue Resolution

Manage escalated customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
3–7 years of experience in channel sales, territory sales, or retail sales
Experience managing dealers, distributors, or retail partners preferred
Fluency is both Mandarin Chinese and English is required
Experience in consumer appliances, kitchen appliances, or durable goods is a plus
Skills

Strong sales execution and negotiation capabilities
Proven ability to build and manage dealer relationships
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
Other Requirements

Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly accountable
