Campus Director

New England Tractor Trailer Training School (NETTTS)
Location: Haverhill, MA
Salary: Starting at $115,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Run a Campus Like a Business. Lead a Team That Changes Lives.

At NETTTS, we don’t just operate schools—we run high-performing training campuses that prepare students for essential, in-demand careers. As a Campus Director, you are the business leader of your campus, fully accountable for its performance, people, and profitability.

If you’re a leader who thinks like an operator, thrives on accountability, and knows how to drive results—this is your opportunity to take full ownership of a campus and make a measurable impact.

What You’ll Own

This role goes far beyond traditional education leadership. You will be responsible for the overall success and financial health of the campus, including:

  • Full ownership of campus P&L, budgeting, and financial performance
  • Driving results across enrollment, retention, training, and job placement
  • Leading and developing a team of department heads and staff
  • Creating a culture of accountability, performance, and student success
  • Ensuring compliance with accrediting bodies and state/federal regulations
  • Identifying growth opportunities and executing local market strategies
  • Building relationships with employers to support strong placement outcomes
  • Partnering with corporate leadership to align on strategy and performance goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in business operations, education, or a performance-driven environment
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and overall business performance
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve results
  • A hands-on leader who can operate both strategically and tactically

Preferred:

  • Experience in workforce development, career training, or transportation
  • Familiarity with compliance and government-funded programs

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary starting at $115,000+ (based on experience)
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • Supplemental benefits
  • Company-paid Long-Term Disability (LTD)

Why This Role Matters

This is a true ownership role. Your leadership will directly impact the success of your team, the experience of your students, and the long-term growth of the campus.

If you’re ready to lead with purpose while driving measurable business results, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact. Apply today!
