About This Position
POSITION SUMMARY
A point of contact between a dealer and the company. Responsible for maintaining dealer accounts, utilizing appropriate departments to resolve dealer issues, managing dealer samples and literature inventory, answering questions, training and educating dealers about the company and our products
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate relationships with current and potential dealer accounts
- Provide dealers with tools necessary to promote Blasius products
- Conflict resolution with dealer accounts
- Educate dealers about Blasius
- Dealer knowledge training of Blasius processes, products and product promotions
- Dealer account visits scheduled
- Maintain detailed account visit summaries
- Inventory dealer samples and literature and submit inventory for fulfillment
- Regular and follow up communication with dealer accounts
- Attend various dealer events
- Maintain samples and display areas at dealer locations
- Actively participate in Industry Associations
- Other duties as requested/scheduled by Sales Manager

This position has no supervisory responsibilities

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Account management experience preferred but not required.
Language, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to read and interpret detailed directions and dealer requests. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written in all situations with professionalism. Ability to speak effectively regarding conflict resolution issues. Confidence in our product/process
Mathematical Skills and Reasoning Ability:

Computer Knowledge and Technical Skills:
Basic computer, tablet and smartphone/iPhone skills
Navigation skills
CRM knowledge/ability to learn
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to sit and stand throughout the day. As well as, lift and/or carry (up to 50#) continuously, possibly above shoulder level; kneel, bend, balance, squat, twist, push, pull and/or crawl; and climb to varying heights, walk up/down stairs throughout the work day. As well as the use of fine dexterity, talk, hear and read documents, computers, and observe work environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Requires ability to adapt to constant change with the dealer, environment, and surroundings. May be exposed to varying temperatures and conditions and exposed to different levels of danger with the use of power tools. Expected to maintain a high level of safety awareness in all situations.
SCHEDULE AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Daily travel required; occasional overnight travel as scheduled by the Sales Manager
General Work Schedule:
1st Shift – Start/Stop times vary as scheduled 8-5pm
COMPLEXITY OF DUTIES
Must have ability to work independently with minimum supervision; multi-task; work with various dealers and in various environments; and work under high stress or pressure situations with tight deadlines. Possess strong attention to detail; professional demeanor and projection of appropriate professional image; and excellent customer service skills. Must be honest, assertive, motivated, flexible, reliable and be able to work independently or with a team.
Requirements:Must pass have a clean MVR, pass drug screen and background check.
